Rotogravure printing cylinders are manufactured by going under the stages in the “Machining, Conventional line, AutoCon line and Laser Lines” and used in the printing stages of packages in the flexible packaging industry and tobacco industry. Machining Conventional Line AutoCon Line Laser Line Production is carried out in the machining line with a production capacity of 12.000 steel cylinders per year by computer-controlled machines, and pipe, shaft, flange and bearing materials are machined at CNC machines. In the conventional line, coating and engraving are made on hollow and shafted rotogravure cylinders max. 1600mm in length and max. 900mm in circumference size. In the AutoCon line, coating and engraving are carried out on hollow and shafted rotogravure cylinders max. 1600mm in length and max. 900mm in circumference size. In the laser line, a wide product range is offered in two different production technologies such as "direct laser" and "etching processes". Direct laser engraving of steel, aluminum and copper cylinders for different cell shapes can be applied that required high transfer lamination and hotmelt cylinders production.
