Bak Gravür carries out the following applications within the scope of its research and development activities:

• Serving the customers in the flexible packaging industry and tobacco industry with engraving cylinders manufactured at high quality and ensuring the development of the packaging industry through all manufacturing technologies including the new and improvable laser technology;
• Optimizing and standardizing the manufactured cylinders in accordance with the requirements of the market and industry and implementing the customer-based new product projection works together with the digital production department;
• Investigating any customer complaints and fulfilling any necessary improvements according to the results of such investigations;
• Providing technical assistance and technical training for customers.
